Rail IQ’s Car Repair Management System (CRMS) is a multifaceted platform focused on speed and accuracy of billing.  We drew on our 20 years of experience with car repair billing to create a system that services contract shops, railroads, multi-level pool billing and running repair agents, as well as cleaning facilities and mobile facilities.

 

The system is fully integrated with EHMS, UMLER and Component Registry, Early Warning, and DDCT and automatically updates industry systems when cars are released.   The system is also capable of auditing bills while the biller is entering repairs, rapidly increasing the speed of billing – as well as the accuracy of billing – while automatically adding repairs for the biller with a button click.

 

Quick repair adds for AEI tags, EHMS alerts, and Air Brake Tests ensure that industry alerts and early warnings are addressed at the time of repair.   The system is cloud based, always on, and is also available in an offline mode to enter repairs wherein no internet connection is available.
